Crosby, Houston hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"Did not eat breakfast at hotel. Room had no mini fridge so we could not keep water cool. Staff at check-in and checkout was not friendly at all. Staff in the hotel bar was the only positive experience: allowed us to have a glass of wine although they had just closed the bar. Will not return to this hotel and this is the first time I ever had to say this."

"I’m still pretty upset about the enormous roach in my king sized bedroom, they switched me to a smaller room and booking through Expedia refunded me $50 worth of credit from my stay. No ventilation for bathrooms, no windows either, For the price… mmm.. no comment. The food being such a low price was definitely excellent. Staff rating: did their job Breakfast: excellent I don’t drink so I didn’t check out the bar but the pool was a great reason for the stay❤️ most likely won’t be returning though unfortunately"

"I used to stay here with United Airlines. On work. The place is really showing its age. The beds are definitely needing replacing. Our room was so dusty that we coughed all night long. The lobby is in great condition but the rooms the outside access having to walk through the heat just probably won’t be staying here again. you have to pay for Wi-Fi if you are not a Marriott member. You have to still put a $50 deposit down for incidentals. A bottle of soda that you would get at the store for two dollars is almost 7 dollars. Just nickel and dime and don’t forget breakfast is like $32 per person for a buffet. "
