“The window was locked with the lock broken, so could not open it making it suffocating and hot inside. The washroom exhaust fan was not working making it stuffy. We tried contacting the host but the replies were always after 24 hours (leading it to no help during the stay). No response on compensation also because of the inconvenience. Poor hosting :( we have videos as proof but cannot upload as there is only option of photos”

“A very well presented and convenient hotel for Hay on Wye and the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable and finished to a high standard. Would be perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting to explore the local area. Will definitely be back.”
