“This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. “We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn in Knoxville. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating from the moment we arrived. After a long 12-hour drive from Ontario, we got there about 10 minutes before their evening “happy hour.” The front desk kindly paused our check-in so our kids could grab some food and we could relax with a couple of drinks before heading to the room — such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.
