โThe owners are wonderful. We felt completely at home. Breakfast daily was wonderful, fresh, delicious, served with a smile, and surprising every day! The house is full of history. Our room was actually the entire 3rd floor. Great amenities. We hope to be able to come back again! We celebrated our anniversary and it was perfect!!โ
โI really appreciate hosts for kindness. There are three rooms in 2nd floor and my room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was also nice so that I was able to walk to get anywhere near Niagara falls. I will book the hotel in the future next time.โ
โIn general, everything was really good. One thing is that we had given a room located kind of outside of the main hotel building where we have to walk outside to head to our room and the people outside can kind of see you through the window and you can see them as well if you keep the curtain open. Other than that, the staffs are friendly, the hotel room is hygienic and there is a refrigerator as well. โ
"The upgrade that was supposed to be provided depending on availability ended up coming with an extra charge, even though there were available rooms. I was told it was a good deal, so I accepted it, but the so-called floor-to-ceiling view was blocked by window frames, and on top of that, the Marriott side was completely covered in heavy mist and spray, so there was no view at all even well into the day.
To make matters worse, there were moths flying around inside the roomโabsolutely dirty and unpleasant. At the breakfast buffet, fruit was swarmed with fruit flies, and the strawberries were rotten with mold. The staff here are far below the standard of other hotelsโno one greets you with a smile."
