"Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"

"This was my first homestay and I was not sure what to expect. The family really looked after me and made me feel right at home, I loved spending time here and found it a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street of food places and cafes in the town. "

"Fabulous location right by the lake and close to restaurants . The manager Phu and his wife were really friendly and will help you if need any advice or booking cabs etc..The room were very quiet and clean. A really good choice for anyone coming to Ninh Binh."

"Staff are super nice and there’s Free bikes to use. You can bike to hang mua and even bich dong pagoda. Wish there was a safe box. Plus the sink clogged a lot where we had to manual unclog it and we could hear rats or some rodent in the walls at night which woke me up at night. "

"Beautiful view of the sunset. Mediocre accommodations with VERY thin walls. We went in December and the whole area was pretty dead. Not a good place to stay if you’re looking to engage with others traveling."

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. "Simply the quietest most surreal location among the rice fields. The pool is fabulous and so are the grounds. So well maintained and just as easy grab ride to Trang An, old town and Tam COC. We used the free bikes to get to Mua Caves for the 500 steps to the top! We went at 0530 to avoid the crowds and heat and were back in time for a delicious breakfast. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Would stay here again "

"There are a million wonderful things I can say about Tam Coc Moment! Tommy and his family are amazing, kind, and generous! We were staying at another home stay when the power went out around 9PM. It was too hot for us to be without AC, so we left in the dark. I booked Tommy last minute and he rushed to the home stay to take us in. Tam Coc Moment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Tommy gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things. I also really like that the home stay is removed from the main road, but still conveniently located in the middle of town. If you are planning a trip to Ninh Binh definitely stay at Tommy’s! "

"Lovely deluxe room in main part of building. Friendly staff and helpful organising taxis for trips for us. Only 4 sunbeds next to the pool which coilf be a problem if busy. Walkable to main bars and restaurants within 10 mins and Tam coc boats Good breakfast "
