"We made a last-minute booking at the Hampton Inn Key West after our flight was canceled, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the shuttle service to Duval Street, which made getting around easy. We stayed for two nights, and our only disappointment was the housekeeping service. We did not receive housekeeping during our stay, so there were no fresh towels or replenished coffee supplies. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that housekeeping does not come every day and that we needed to request replacement towels. This was surprising, as it never happened during our previous stay at this hotel. On a positive note, the Tiki Bar was excellent. The atmosphere was great, and the wings were some of the best we had during our trip. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good amenities and a convenient location. We would stay again, but clearer communication regarding housekeeping services would have made the experience better."

"From check in to check out, staff was great! Friendly and welcoming desk staff and attentive customer service. Our room was adorable and more than expected (especially after having read some of the reviews)! The pools are great, games in the backyard are fun and the bar was good. My ONLY wish - that the kitchen area had little more lighting and I think it would be helpful if there was some sort mat or rug as you walk i to the room (to help lessen dirt/sand into room). We would definitely stay here again!"
