The Bristol Brasil 500 was a unique looking hotel. The amenities and balcony view were wonderful. The staff was very kind. They did their best to communicate with me despite my lack of Portuguese. I highly recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel in the heart of Batel

Although it looks dated, my room was in excellent condition. Nice decor and furniture. Based opposite Curitiba shopping. Plenty of food outlets if you dont fancy the restaurant menu. Overall a nice hotel. Will use it again in the future. Thanks

Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April. Only negative comments are that on some shifts English or Spanish speakers were not available. However, they were very helpful when they understood us. The hotel fitness center is inadequate. However, there is a nice gym nearby you can pay to use. Free breakfast buffet was enormous, if stocked with some items unfamiliar to Americans. I would expect to pay at least $20 for such a buffet in the US.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade. Na primeira noite, chegamos de madrugada e a TV estava sem sinal; ao pedir ajuda na recepção, fui informada de que não era responsabilidade dele era coisa de sinal da operadora. No dia seguinte, outro recepcionista resolveu o problema com muita boa vontade e que era so ter colocado no sistema certo. O sistema de ar-condicionado também poderia ser melhor. No geral, eu voltaria a me hospedar, porém alguns pontos podem ser aprimorados, especialmente o carpete dos corredores, que passa um cheiro de mofo e um aspecto de envelhecido. O ponto super positivo é a localização, bem em frente ao Shopping Curitiba.

Acomodação do quarto muito boa. Só alguns detalhes para pontuar: - Ao ligar a torneira do banheiro na função quente faz muito barulho; - Na cozinha podia ter um detergente e esponja; - TV não sintonizou Youtube, etc, apenas o canal a cabo. Funcionários, limpeza, café da manhã (excelentes). Pena que ficamos somente uma noite. Voltaria com certeza.
