Ótimo hotel, localização e cordialidade da recepção e restaurante. Minha única reclamação que na verdade considero uma colaboração para o hotel é que poderia ter calefação nos quartos. Cusco em janeiro está frio e o clima do quarto não estava agradável

I left a previous glowing review for this hotel 2 days ago. I loved it so much, that i cancelled my other hotel to stay here again. Wow, what a mistake. We arrived after an excursion at 8pm and the front entrance was chained shut - finally a guard arrived then checked us in, but had to keep letting other guests in so took longer than necessary (not his fault, bad staffing). Restaurant/room service was not operating- but it claimed it was online and i was counting on it. The room was 207 and it was a far, far cry from the previous room we had (312?). The bathroom was not even close to as nice as the other room, nor was the bed. Previously our room was so quiet. This one we didnt sleep at all.... the bars right outside were competing for loudest between karaoke and a discotheque. At kne point, someone was setting iff fire works right outside our bathroom window (directly over the shower). Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6 am, and they did not even have coffee ready. So disappointed- really wish i hadnt switched my hotel to come back here

Stayed at a couple different hotels in Peru and Cusco. This one is by far the quietest, prettiest and has the best shower. Breakfast in the morning, restaurant on site, and coca tea avail 24/7 are wonderful to have as well.

Gran hotel y cercanía a plaza de Armas
Excelente! Gran atención de todos sus colaboradores y una estancia muy buena! La cercanía a la plaza de Armas es una locura, es genial, a solo dos pasos y es ideal a todos los tours que ofrece la ciudad. Si quieren descansar un poco, no pidan habitación hacía la calle, es una zona de bares y el ruido puedo molestar, lo demás en general excelente!

We really loved our stay in Rojas Inn Hotel! First time in Cusco and we already know that when we come back we’re staying here again! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the location of this hotel is so convenient! One and half blocks from “Plaza de Armas” we met such nice people during our stay, thank you so much Rojas Inn Hotel!

No hot or warm water. Called the front desk, and they never came or addressed the issue. Had to take a cold shower. Would never go back.

The hotel was very nice, everyone was helpful. Not all employees spoke English I am a C spanish speaker but was able to communicate eventually with everyone. I would stay here again.

Hotel estiloso e lindo. Muito limpo e com atendimento excelente. A recepcionista fala português o que facilita nas indicações de passeios e centro da cidade. A localização excelente, pertinho dos melhores restaurantes e Plaza del Armas. O que o torna ainda melhor por estar numa ruela silenciosa e muito segura.

Hotel bem próximo a praça central quase ao mesmo nível a pé. Prédio histórico adaptado. Quarto com frigobar e sacada é muito confortável silencioso, ótima roupa de cama. Ótimo café da manhã.

Great location. Friendly and professional staff. Clean room and washroom fully stocked up with toiletries. Fantastic recommendation were provided by the hotel staff for local food and shopping. Free shuttle service to/ from airport.

Nous avons été très déçu de l'hôtel Rojas Inn. Après des kilomètres au Pérou nous avions besoin de repos. Malheureusement notre chambre donnait sur une Rue qui avait un bar d'ambiance. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et nous avons très mal dormi ( Klaxon de voiture, personnes hurlants etc...). A Cusco il fait froid le matin alors ce n'est pas très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner à température ambiante, c'est à dire pas loin de 0°C. C'est dommage parçe que l'hôtel est très bien situé à 300 mètres de la place des armes, ce qui est super pour les visites.

Estadia super recomendada en precio vs comodidad
La experiencia fue muy buena, nos gusto el desayuno tipo buffet por lo variado (Casi un tipico desayuno americano con algunos pancillos adicionales) pero bueno y con ciertas alteraciones cada dia, que resultaban agradables. El ambiente donde se desayuna no es muy amplio como se aprecia en las fotos, pero igual fue comodo, nos agrado mucho, por el sabor, respuesta inmediata en reponer los insumos para el desayuno y demas. El otro aspecto favorable, es q pese a que el hotel no tiene restaurante tiene la carta de un restaurante q trabaja con ellos. Por lo cual yo podia pedir comida a la habitacion la cual era coordinada por el de recepcion y lo pagaba directamente en el cuarto al restaurante quien no cobro ningun adicional por el envio (es decir se respetaban los precios de la carta), por ejemplo un pisco sour a 12 soles (super comodo y muy agradable). Asimismo, todos los dias la limpieza impecable de la habitacion. Personal muy amable. La cercania excepcional, ya q estabamos a un paso de la plaza de armas, casi cuadra y media. Asi q todo muy cerca para hacer cualquier tipo de compras. Tambien tiene una sla de espera bastante comoda y una pc para cualquier gestion. La red wifi fue buena y los baños sin ningun problema del agua caliente (todo ok). Nuestro cuarto tenia caja fuerte y calefactor. Dentro de la habitacion tambien habia una mesa de escritorio. No hubo bulla. Fui con 2 niños de 9 y 10 años, todo Ok. Al frente hay una tienda super equipada. Todo excelente

El hotel rojas inn se encuentra localizado a 2 cuadras de la plaza de armas de la ciudad de cusco. 5 minutos o menos caminando asi que la localización es excelente. Hay muchos restaurantes-tiendas y lugares importantes que visitar a muy corta distancia. El hotel es pequeño pero con muy bonita decoración y el personal es excelente en el trato al cliente. Te brindan un lunch box para excursiones que salen muy temprano como a rainbow mountain o laguna de humantay. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero con el espacio adecuado como en mi caso que viajo solo es perfecto y cuentan con tv- guardaropa- calentador- wifi y baño completo El desayuno es completo incluye frutas, diferentes panes y cereales asi como huevos - carnes frías y bebidas. El costo promedio de habitación sencilla es de $50 usd y en general es un hotel con buenos servicios y la localización es inmejorable.

Nossa estadia no Hotel Rojas Inn foi maravilhosa. Primeiro foram nos buscar no aeroporto, conforme serviço disponibilizado pelo hotel e ao chegarmos no Hotel fomos recepcionados por Jonatas, um atendente muito educado e muito gentil, que nos ofereceu uma xícara de chá de coca , mesmo antes de fazermos o check in e depois nos instalou nos respectivos quartos. O Hotel é muito agradável, próximo a Plaza das Armas e próximo a diversos restaurantes, lojas , cafés etc, melhor localização impossível, até mesmo por ficar no plano.. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, boas roupas de cama, toalhas macias, além da cama ser confortável. O café da manhã excelente. Em um dos dias foi o aniversário de minha sobrinha e fomos surpreendidos com um lindo bolo com o nome dela, perfeito e fofo. Todos os atendentes são ótimos com especial atenção para CISKA, uma pessoa amabilíssima, prestativa , educada e que procurou nos atender em todas as nossas solicitações, além de falar e entender o português. O Hotel está de parabéns, pela staf e por suas acomodações, recomendo muito, satisfação total.

バスルームは狭いが清潔。オイルヒーターあり。向かいに遅くまで空いている商店があり便利。中心部からも近く、遅い時間でも不安はないが、近くにバーが多く騒がしい。6時前に出かけるなら弁当も用意してくれるらしい。

Great hotel except for the mildew smell
The room, breakfast and beds were amazing but the bathroom had a strong mildew smell. We tried to change rooms but the hotel was full. They did the best they could to get rid of the smell but it was still very strong.
