Rooms are not only clean but up to date with tasteful decor. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd year staying and we are very happy with our whole experience. Breakfast is great with hot options daily. It's at the end of town and not as busy with traffic like most places in town. We can't wait to stay again next year.

Room was clean, staff was exceptionally helpful, breakfast was good (menu rotates daily which is nice for those staying multiple days). Wonderful national parks very close by. The only issue was that the door to our room (walk directly outside to parking lot), did not line up with the frame and we could see daylight under the door. We laid a towel down along the bottom of the door at night to help keep bugs out.

The room had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It always smelled musty in the room and the airconditioner was functioning but the room remained very humid. There is an area for pets, which was convenient. The pool was fine but the bathrooms in the pool area were filthy. They clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile and there was no hand soap. This was the situation each day so clearly it isn't done daily. The breakfast was good as well. It is very convenient to downtown Custer.
