“Really wonderful place to stay with fantastic staff”

“Les chambres étaient propres et assez grandes. Un petit déjeuner copieux. L'insonorisation des chambres peut.poser problème. On entend facilement les arrivées et les rires des groupes. Heureusement cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir”

“There are 2 parts to this review. First the property is amazing, set in beautiful grounds with clearly marked trails and lots of birds and wildlife. All the staff are really helpful and clearly passionate about the location they work in. We did the onsite night walk and saw lots of animals including sloths, agouti, kinkajou and porcupine, alongside frogs and beautiful birds. “We had an excellent stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our large cabin was on the edge of the Rainforest and would choose it again. The small bar had games to play and the bartender made amazing drinks - we made this a part of our day. On site we saw a variety of birds, including a toucan. 100% recommend this property, especially for visitors with their own rental vehicle.”

“El hotel es tal cual lo promocionan, no hay engaño, lo que si tienen que mejorar es la cobertura del internet, hay mala señal en las habitaciones, si alguien quiere trabajar debe trasladarse al área del comedor. El desayuno es bueno, pero debe variarse, todos los días es el mismo. El hotel en general esta muy bien, limpio y con mucha vegetación y tiene vista al volcán.”

“Der Standard-Bungalow war geräumig und sauber, mit Mückennetzen und Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Auch die Ausflüge (Bootstouren und Birdwatch) waren sehr gut.Wir haben viele interessante Tiere gesehen.”
