가격대비 4샹급 호텔로 만족
시내랑 떨어져 있지만 가격대비 이정도 호텔은 없을듯 다만 조식이 너무 부실합니다 방은 엄청 큰걸로ㅜ배정받아 너무 잘 쉬었구요 친절하고 방도 깨긋하고 무엇보다 매트리스가 좋아서 좋았습니다. 조식의 가지수와 맛이 좀 더 좋았으면 하는 생각이 들었고 즁국인들 패키지로 인해 시끄러운거 빼곤 좋았습니다 잎으로도 이용하려면 할거 같아요 추천합니다

넓고 쾌적한 호텔룸^^~~
달랏중심과는 거리가 좀 있어 불편한반면 조용하고 친절하고 깨끗한호텔이었다.. 룸도 넓고 쾌적한 환경이 좋았다.. 다만 주변상가는 다양하지 못한 아쉬움이......

Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.

My family room does not have AC, too hot. Toilet broke at midnight. The hotel does not have a pool. Their condition is not good at all however Breakfast buffer is pretty good.

Great service and clean rooms. Friendly staff. But bizarre smoking policy - non-smoking room, but guests smoked in the hallway throughout the hotel. Lack of designated area for smokers. Front & back of hotel surrounded by cell towers, not recommended for guests with electro-magnetic hypersensitivity.

Das Personal war sehr nett und sprach gut englisch, unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber, das Frühstück war in Ordnung, mir haben aber mehr frische Speisen gefehlt. Die Hotelbar im Untergeschoss war etwas unpassend zum Hotel insgesamt, es durfte dort geraucht werden, wobei sogar der Fitnessraum direkt dort nebenan war, was ich noch ungünstiger finde. Das Spa befand sich ebenfalls im verrauchten Untergeschoss, es war ziemlich dunkel und ruhig dort unten, wir kamen nicht dazu, eine Anwendung in Anspruch zu nehmen, aber ich fand es von Vornherein nicht angenehm dort unten. Die Lage ist nicht die Beste, wir mussten oft das Taxi nehmen, um in die City zu kommen.

Es tut uns sehr leid, da sich die Lage des Hotels auch nicht im Zentrum befindet. Daher bietet das Hotel eine kostenlose tägliche Taxibetreuung für Gäste, die im Hotel bleiben, um das Zentrum gemäß dem Zeitplan zu erreichen. Gäste können den Taxirahmen nutzen Stunden und eine erstattete Rezeption Vielen Dank, dass Sie den Service des Hotels La Sapinette nutzen Viele Grüße

We love the La Sapinette Hotel Dalat, it’s great value for money. We have everything we need and it’s in a handy location. The team are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The restaurant is amazing with 4 star service and gorgeous food. I can highly recommend the La Sapinette Hotel Dalat.

ゆったりくつろげるホテルです。 はじめて訪れたホテルですがチェックインもスムーズに済んだことが驚きでした。 理由は、午前11時にチェックインができた事です。 本来なら午後2時迄待たされるのが普通です。 案内された部屋も綺麗で広々感じでゆっくり過ごせ また、今回の旅程を楽しむ事ができました。 もう一度、訪問したいホテルのひとつになりました。

Great hotel. The area was pretty sketchy for food, especially dinner. We took a cab downtown each night to find something we could eat.

Dirty carpet and small room with the view to the backyard and several windows of the opposite houses make me feel uncomfortable. My accompanies 's room is smelly. Not recommend.

Hotel is really nice. We've ve got big, clean and quiet room with incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. Staff could speak better English and be nicer in general - one girl from reception seems not very happy with the presence of the guests around. Location is not central, but 1st thing we did was renting a motorbike and this point became irrelevant. You can leave the bike in underground parking for free. I would recommend this hotel for your stay
