This hotel is pretty convenient placed between quite a few attractions that you’d love to enjoy. Taxis are easy to come by and the staff was seemly great.

Great stay

We had an amazing one week stay, the staff especially young lady named Junie at the reception was super friendly and very helpful and spoke very good English. The bathrooms were a bit outdated and the gym was really non existent had one treadmill a couple of loose weights, and the room was stifling hot with no a/c or fans. Free breakfast was good with lots of options and choice. Overall good value for the price. 10 minutes walk to beach, lots of restaurants near by.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cordial Grand Hotel. It is less busier, more private and super friendly. Has all you need and very accommodating staff who are friendly. Special shout to Mi the receptionist for her organising.

This is beautiful hotel with well-designed. We have a great time here. The staff was always very nice, helpful and attentive. Breakfast provide plenty of options for Westerners and Asians alike. Rooptop restaurant, ranked 1st on trip advisor, is highly recommended

My favorite place so far. The room was spotless, the breakfast was great, the service people were outstanding, thank you Amy and the whole staff, and the view was spectacular!! Kept extending our stay but had to leave after 5 nights.

Definitely staying here again next time

Very comfortable bed and lovely view of the beach. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool has amazing views. The gym isn't in good condition so that is my only complaint. Otherwise I had a great stay.

The helpful front desk Lily is very helpful and speaks good English. The place needs to have a pin in Google map as most taxis and Grabs mistake it for Cordial Hotel which is just right opposite to it in location.

Perfect

Absolutely love this hotel. Very nice comfy rooms, big bed, great views. I was on the 20th floor. Good internet speed. The staff (Lily and Joey) are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast everyday was also very nice and nice selection everyday. Will be staying again and recommend to others.

Lovely hotel. Checkin was easy and the front desk staff is helpful and professional. Room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and seemed new. Rooftop pool has amazing views and shaded areas to lounge. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options and the staff was great. Hotel is within walking distance of the beach and shopping as well as restaurants. There are several minimarts within a block. Great stay!

We keep coming back because of the excellent service. Thao consistently and warmly attends to our every need. We can’t say enough about the staff. They are wonderful. The pool is beautiful with incredible views but it can be slippery because of built-up algae and sometimes there are no towels. The area is not as touristy as some which is nice, and there are many places to eat and get a coffee.

Cordial Grand hotel- Da Nang Lily -front desk manager was kind and made the effort to remember us and call us by our name everyday we saw her. Windy happily exchanged money for us. Mi the night shift lady was very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her. The hotel, rooms and roof top pool was beautiful and the included breakfast was always good. Sometimes there was a musty smell in room but didn't bother us. Great hotel , great staff. We would stay there again. 👍

Nice stayed at the 20th storey, the view was spectacular with beautiful sunrise 🌅 and sea views. The room is very clean, properly maintained and come with extra pillows. The basin area is a little small, (if you have 2 ladies traveling with full sets of makeup and facial products.. 😅) Also, the shower is a little hard to set the right temperature. Rest are all good. Location is good, easy access.

I traveled from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang and arrived at 06:00 in the hotel. I was allowed an early check in around 12:00 , so that gave me some time to explore the area. Lots of coffee shops if you need a wake me up! The most notable thing about my experience here was the Staff. Very professional and courteous. It’s about a five minute drive to the beach , and when you go to the infinity pool at the rooftop you can see the whole city as well as the beach. The breakfast goes far beyond American Standards! I would recommend this location!

Staff was nice decent , the room itself was alright when it comes to cleanliness . The one thing I was really looking forward to and the disappointed the most was the infinity pool on the roof . It was dirty , it felt warm and slippery of how dirty it was , looked green because of the algae that has created , not how it shows on the pictures. Sadly because it can be such an amazing pool if they just clean it good and daily . Food was good 8/10 . I would recommend another hotel near the beach more pricey but more worth it .

This hotel offers a great stay at a great value. It offers a nice view from the rooftop, very nice and comfortable bed, spacious room, a TV that has its own theme song jingle, a nice shower with great water pressure, very courteous house keepers, decent restaurant, and a very underwhelming gym. Overall, like I said, the value is amazing, but I had a very poor initial impression when the lady at the front desk insisted I didn't pay for my booking yet until she realized 10 minutes later that I did in fact pay for my booking. It made every encounter I had with her awkward, because...the off-putting feeling stayed with me. Great hotel though, I don't think you'll be disappointed
