아침 자전거(무료)타고 올드타운(3분거리)가서 사진찍고 커피마시기좋습니다. 안방비치까지 거리는 그랩 73k줬고 15분정도이동합니다. 침구류청결도는 좀.. 별로였고, 물은 화장실에 비치해둔 300ml만 무료에요. 다른호텔처럼사용했다가 물값청구됐어요. 늦게까지 놀고 귀가할때는 좀 으스스하고, 1층룸은 유리문 하나와 커튼이 전부라 좀 무서웠어요. 직원서비스는 굉장히 친절했고, 근처에 유명한 마사지샵이있어서, 좋았습니다. 조식은 그냥그냥.

오래 기억에 남을 호이안 여행♥
올드타운 걸어서 가기에 충분했고, 먼저 요구하지않아도 웰컴푸드와 함께, 리셉션에서 친절하게 안내해주어 미선투어, 귀국하는날 샌딩차량 등 편하게 이용했어요. 조식 먹을때건 일과후 돌아와서건 반갑게 인사해주고. 막판에 정들어서 사진도 찍고 했네요. 덕분에 가족여행에서 부모님이 아주 만족해하셨어요. DAISY, thank you so much! :)

작지만 있을 건 다 있는 호텔! 세심한 서비스가 특히 마음에 드는 호텔이에요. 올드시티에서 걸을만한 거리고요. 한적한 동네에 있어서 조용해요. 자전거 대여도 무료. 객실 상태 좋네요!

올드타운까지 걸어서 5-10분 사이 거리에요.
제 걸음이 느린 편인데도 걸어서 이정도 시간이면 가까운거죠. 근데 가는 길이 그냥 휑해서 낮에는 괜찮은데 밤에는 무서울 것도 같아요. 그래서 어둘울땐 그냥 택시 이용했어요. 귀찮은듯 했지만 태워주긴 하더라고요ㅋㅋㅋ 호텔은 전체적으로 괜찮았는데 프론트 여직원들?은 약간 실망스러웠어요. 조식은 3박동안 한 번 이용했는데 뷔페식이고 종류가 아주 다양하진 않지만 그런대로 먹을만하고 괜찮았어요.

호젓한 분위기의 편안한 호텔.
2박 3일을 묵었습니다. 호텔은 번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있어요. 덕분에 번잡한 위치가 아니라 호젓하게 머물기에 적합해요. 우리에게는 이게 큰 장점이었어요. 호텔에서 무료 대여하는 자전거로 올드타운으로 오가기에도 좋고요. 객실도 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 전체적으로 과하지 않아 편안하게 머물 수 있었어요.(한나, 당신의 유쾌함이 여행의 즐거움을 더해줬어요.) 다음에 또 호이안을 찾는다면 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다. We stayed for two nights and three days. The hotel is a little away from the Old Town. It was suitable for staying quietly. It was a big advantage for us. Free bicycle rental was also convenient. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly too.(Hannah! Thanks to you, the trip was more enjoyable.) We will definitely stay again if we look for hoian next time

If I go to Hoian, I will definately stay Cozy vill
It was perfect stay when I was in Cozy villas. Hotel room was so clean and very unique style. It's kind of traditional Hoian style. I love it so much!!! :) most of all I can not forget Cozy villas staff. They were so kind and friendly. It was so impressed. Their service mind is beyond normal. I've never experience these warm and full of kindness in other hotels. Wonderful! Swimming pool was not so big. But It was good enough to relax. The rocation was 10 minute from old town entrance! Truly recommand! 코지 호이안에서 묶었던 2일이 다른 어떤 호텔에 있었던 시간보다 소중했었던것같아요. 5성급 고급 리조트에서는 절대 느낄수 없는 여행의 즐거움이 가득한곳이에요! 올드타운에서 걸어서 10분정도고 카운터에서 언제든 택시를 불러서 이용할수있어요 직원들 마인드에서 감동했고 무엇보다 크지는 않지만 세심한 서비스와 독특한 호이안식 인테리어로 꾸며진방이 이뻤어요 (방, 샤워실, 문꼬리까지~~>▽<) 추천합니다! 다시 호이안에 와도 코지호이안으로!

The customer service at Cozy HoiAn is fantastic, second to one, they have just opened their sister property next door and share staff. Very high service ethics throughout the facilities, at the front desk, the restaurant and the spa. Pros: Staff, staff, staff, they were attentive when I had a question, gave great recommendations for tours and shopping. The rooms are well appointed and large, very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast included is nice too but read the con below. Cons: it is further away from the old town, but only about a 15 minute walk. But that doesn’t really make it quieter. There is a lot of construction and because life is lived early in Vietnam and outside you will hear people talking and laughing and motorbikes at all hours. Breakfast was abundant but definitely not made for vegetarians, there weren’t many choices as even most of the salads had meat in them. But for anyone else I think they would love it.

The most incredible staff! So friendly, attentive, helpful and kind. The rooftop pool is FABULOUS and the property is clean, well kept and perfectly situated. It's just out of the main part of town so feels much more calm when the buses of tourists come through. Loved every bit of it.

"Cozy" Boutique Hotel in Hoi An
Amazing boutique hotel. Room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast, with eggs made to order, is fantastic. You have lots of Western and Vietnamese choices. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They are always willing to serve you. The hotel is a bit outside of the centre (about 10 minutes walk), but that is a good thing (the old town can get a bit loud and crazy). Note: As of September 2019, there is a building under construction right next to the hotel, so there can be some noise and dust, but we had no issues with it.

Amazingly beautiful!
Well, I will have to say, the stay in cozy villa is one of my best experiences. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially miss V, she is amazing. As I arriveD from ho chi minh very late, She greeted me with a welcome drink and very detailed personal tourist suggestion. Actually I try almost everything she recommended and almost everyone of them are great. The only issue is the location which is far away from town and the the neighborhood is not so nice but the supreme service the hotel provides simply resolved the problem. If I were once have the chance to come back, I will definitely stay in the same place.

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。挨拶やちょっとした声かけをしてくださったり、ホイアンの街中の行きたいお店の場所を地図に書いて教えてくださったりしました。ありがとうございました。 お部屋の内装もかわいいですが、クッションの色落ちやサンダルの汚れなど、ところどころ古さも感じました。アリくらいの小さな虫がどこからか入ってきていたのもあんまりいい気分はしませんでした(気がついたら手に乗っていたということも…)。 朝食は品数は多くはないですが、おいしかったです。

Small boutique hotel tucked in a hidden alley. Was relatively easy to find and had a very cozy feeling indeed. Staff was very nice at check in , took time to explain to us about the place and food/ attractions to check out and gave tips on how to travel around etc. Room was surprisingly big and super comfortable. Loved everything about the room. The aircond wasn't working properly on the first day but the staff got it fixed very quickly. Breakfast was decent and staff was once again very nice and attended to all our needs. Love the room so much that I kept wanting to go back even after I left Hoi An and stayed in another hotel in Da Nang. Super good deal for the price and would definitely come back again!

Great place
The staff is very good and take the pain of explaining each thing in detail. Good breakfast. A little away from Hoi An ancient town but they have cycles with passenger seats. Good stay and would love to stay here again

Great small hotel with personal touch .young staff always there to help if you need something and helpful when asked what or where to go the bike were a great plus. I explored the country side and went to the beach with the bike. Small ish town and country side is 10 min bike away beach is 15 min .

英語の話せるスタッフの方がいてよかったです。 また、観光のオススメの場所や、現地の人気で美味しい食べ物を地図に書いてくれました！！ 何から何まで優しく素敵でした。 朝食も遅くに行ってもちゃんと種類があり美味しかったです。

Had a great stay. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is comfortable, and a reasonable 10-15 mins walk into the centre of old Hoi An.

Très bel hotel, bien placé. Les photos et le nom sont bien réels. Très cosy loin des gros complexes. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et belle deco. Super petit déjeuner avec des spécialités locales à tester. Bons vélos disponibles gratuitement. Surtout un excellent accueil, merci Phuong!

Cute as a button.
Beautiful little hotel. A real gem. Staff super helpful. Room was perfect. Good breakfast. Nice little pool to cool down in the evening. I know the staff were stressed about the nearby building work. But it really didn’t disturb us at all. Overall a strong recommend.

繁華街までは徒歩10分以内、ホテルで自転車をレンタルすることが出来るので 移動は問題なし。スタッフはフレンドリー。アットホームなホテルです。

good service~ nice room~ but the coffee shop at the opposite road is so noisy from early morning till night~

It actually is nice and cozy :)
We wanted to get some food before leaving for the airport at 11.30am and the kitchen was closed ! This was pretty much the only let down. The staff were very friendly and were very personable. Loved how they had looked at our reservation and done small changes that we never even requested to the room to make our stay comfortable (e.g. extra bed for kid)

Situated a 10/15 min walk from the old town. Great location. Borrowed a bike to take to the beach. They made a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday at breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very clean room. Loved it there.

Totally cozy and friendly!
The villa is beautiful with lots of lovely features and the team were really friendly. They took time to talk to us about the local area and we received a warm welcome each time we came back from being out in Hoi An. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the breakfast was lovely. It’s a 10 min walk into town but a nice, safe stroll gets you there. The only downside is there was a lot of noise from building work opposite, which started at 7 and finished around 4. It didn’t bother us too much as we were out and about, and when we returned to chill by the pool at 4 the builders had gone home. For the price it’s a real bargain and worth the noise whilst the area is developing, which can only be a good thing.

We had a very nice stay in february. The staff was very helpfull and friendly - making sure everything was perfect during our stay. Located in a quit area, with new buildings under construction in the neighbourhood and only 10min walk from the old quarter. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great hotel!
Skønt hotel tæt på den gamle by! Værelset var super hyggeligt indrettet i ægte Hoi An stil med dejligt badeværelse og balkon. Hotellet ligger 5-10 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel i et fint område med masser af hoteller, streetfood mv. God morgenmad og venligt personale. Har ikke noget negativt at sige om det og ville booke det igen hvis jeg skulle til Hoi An.

位置在不會太吵鬧的區域，周邊有許多當地人，常常聽到他們開心的唱卡拉ok是很特別的體驗。附近有工地但還好住宿期間沒有進行施工。很開心入住時遇到接待人員Vi，她是本地人，在我們旅行期間給了我們好多協助，看到她非常有親切感，飯店每天的問候也讓我們感覺備受重視，很欣賞這麼用心經營的飯店，真心推薦！
