Dear Lee Victor! Warmest greetings from Green House hotel – a brand new hotel near My Khe beach and city center. First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review of the Green House Hotel. I was very upset to see your complaint, but maybe you should have misunderstanding in your communication. Our staffs had informed you that the price of Ba Na cable car is 700,000 VND / per person, and when you go to the top of the mountain, you will be visiting the Golden Bridge, and you do not have to pay extra fees for visiting the Golden Bridge. About the breakfast, we really sincerely apologize to you for this, the restaurant staff actually tried their best to support and serve you breakfast because you were the last guest of that breakfast. I did not know that you were disappointed with your breakfast, I sincerely apologize for that. On behalf of the Green House team, I would like to sincerely apologize to you again for this disappointment. We promise to improve the service in the future and I hope to have a chance to welcome you again in the near future. We certainly will not disappoint you any further.
