Great beach hotel in Hoi An

We were upgraded to deluxe river view room with balcony. Huge room and bed which was very comfy. 2 swimming pools one with swim up bar. The beach was just over the road with sun beds and shade which was needed with temperature of +37. Lots of breakfast choices available Shuttle ran into town each day a few times a day was useful although Grab taxis are so cheap to use too.

Great locatio

Very pleasant mid range hotel. Large rooms, 2x nice pools, some great restaurants in walking distance and 3 free shuttles to town a day. Shame the beach opposite is not that nice however.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is lovely, located between the river and the beach. The onsite restaurant was very good and had a nice variety of options. My one remark is that some things in the resort were well worn. Mistly ghatis fine and adds a bit of character. I wosh my shower stall floor was better, however. There was mildew all over it and i didn't feel comfortable showering in it. Fortunately there was a very nice tub with a shower head that i was able to use.

We enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Beach Resort. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast had plenty of options. However, we felt that certain areas of the resort, particularly where we stayed, could benefit from some updates. The design was quite dated, with a lot of concrete, making it feel less visually appealing.

Fabulous staff, large clean rooms and linens with great view of river! AC worked beautifully in room. Down side the pool water was too warm for swimming ( need some shade over pools maybe) however the private beach was right across the street and ocean was perfect for swimming.

Property was great! The 2 Swimming pools were great & the one was right across from our room. Breakfast buffet was awesome.. All the foods we're all fresh & delicious & had a great selection of fruits! Bathroom design could have been a little better as it was huge & there was not enough shelving or counter spaces for the size. Shower had plenty of hot water ... Our room was on a second floor which I didn't expect but it had a slightly nice view of the beach. It was only about a 10 minute shuttle to Ancient town which was convenient... All the staff were kind, helpful & super accommodating !!

The food was a bit disappointing, nice selection but some lacked flavour. The room had a Smart TV but no Apps such as Netflix or Internet Explorer. Minor points but would make a difference, especially on a rainy day. Staff were fantastic and so genuinelyfriendly!

Staff are fantastic. We stayed in a Superior room which was dated and in desperate need of an upgrade, but the rest of the facilities were in good condition. The room condition was the only negative, however it was clean and tidy, large, and housekeeping were great. Two pools, great restaurant. Beach on one side, river on the other. A number of restaurants and shops around the immediate area, but they have a free shuttle into the Ancient Town if you want something more lively. Perfect location for relaxing and as a sightseeing base, 4 mins drive from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other than these two minor moans we absolutely enjoyed each and every day ….. well less enjoyed the few dull / colder days. Totally enjoyed our stay at this resort. Made such a change not to be in a typical high rise hotel complex. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Easy walk to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Lovely and quiet resort with easy ways into Hoi An by either the hotel shuttle bus or a quick cab ride. Would definitely return again next time we visit Vietnam.

We received an upgrade to a bigger room when we got there. The resort is on a beautiful beach with plenty of reasonably priced eating places near by. Our room was large and good value. The pool and dining are good, staff are friendly. The only down side is that it is a long way from the action.
