Good location, very clean and fantastic service!

This is by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. The family who own it is really nice and we want to send a special thank you to Jo Ly who made our stay in La Me Villa and Hoi An really great with the fantastic service and helpful advices for our trip. This hotel is really clean, new and modern and the service is great. Whith the anciet town Of Hoi An nearby, the biscykles that we could borrow for free really made it easy for us to explore the city. We would recommed this to everyone who goes to Hoi An!

Quiet and comfortable staying

Great location, nice and helpful owners. The room is big and clean. fridge, ac and hot water. Also, clean towel. The old town is easy to reach walking which is nice.

깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 집이다.

위치는 그냥저냥. 하지만 여자 주인분이 멋지고 화단이 훌륭하다. 따뜻한 물이 바로 나오는 시스템은 아니고 기다려야 따뜻하게 나온다. 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있다. 1층 방쪽이 더 아늑하고 바로 중정이 보여 좋고 사진 그대로 좋다. 노트북하기 좋은 공간이 있다.

Room pretty good generally, nice place. Cheap price. AC fine. Loses marks for the shower not being able to get hot, only having one full size pillow for the single bed, the breakfast being limited to an omelette or fried egg (and bread and watermelon) and all of the staff having pretty poor English. Access is down a narrow street, but you can drive a car down it and park opposite the villa.

It’s only ok

Overall a little disappointment. It villa is nice overall. It’s owned by nice family but the services needs to get better. They don’t clean the room. They only take out garbage and that’s it. heir English is not too good so a little hard to communicate. I asked them for money exchange and their gave me horrible rate. I don’t I just didn’t feel too good in there. was staying at the same price range in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi and got much more for the price.

Great stay here in Hoi An we did extend it for one more night. Great location, free bikes to use. Breakfast lovely! Wasn’t a fan of the little sugar ants everywhere In bathroom 5 kms from beach, plenty of cafes and place to eat near by. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Very welcoming staff/ owner

A very quiet and small property on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Hoi An but within a short walk. Me and her family were friendly and helpful with tours, directions and transfers. A major personal bonus is the proximity to Hoi An Brewing which is a new craft brewery that is just down the road. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and quick. This was the best place that I have stayed so far in Vietnam. Simply put - a great value.

No privacy leaving or returning to the accomm

The best thing abt this accomm is the free use of bicycle, which is necessary to travel to the old town (10mins ride), the beaches (45mins ride), the islets (30mins ride), etc The worst thing is that its main gate is locked up at night, so the owners always need to open the gate for you especially if you are going out (or returning!) late. I really didn't want to disturb them with my movements, but they insisted that I could just call them on the telephone (even though all of them spoke only minimal English) if nobody answers the door; but of course I wasn't about to risk being locked out, or feel guilty about having to wake up the owners. Both the main gate and room door emit very loud sustained creaks as they open/close; the lack of privacy incoming/outgoing of the house (and the feeling of being locked in at night) made me feel resentful that the property was not clearly listed as a homestay. This was a dealbreaker The room looks nice and the bed is clean and comfortable But the wardrobe was musty and dusty, so I had to hang my hangers on the fan grille. All the surfaces were dusty too, so I had to spend 10mins wiping them when before I could unpack and settle in. The bathroom was perpetually flooded, taking a long time to drain. Hot water was intermittent even if the heater had been on for 30mins; I had to shower with cold water twice as I didn't want to waste time bothering the owners There were spiders and mozzies in the room, but luckily not vicious

Really nice stay

The host were really nice and talkative, with good English. We were able too book a tour (which were quite boring though) and borrow bikes for free at any time. The room were big and surroundings were fantastic, really cosy house and neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again, only bad thing is that there are no hot water.

Great cheap hotel not far to main street

A very good accommodation to stay in and not so expensive at all. A10-15 walk to the main street. You can rent a bike for free so it's not even far at all to the main street. Personal was really helpful. She helped me with getting a ride from the station to the hotel, booked various tours for me, and a ride to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Two remarks however is that they didn't take out the trash unless you told them to, and one day (out of two nights stay) they didn't make the bed.

Lovely friendly affordable :)

La Me Villa was great value for money and the room was modern and clean. They were really friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information on the local area and also booked our transfer! We also had our laundry done within a day. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Also had breakfast made to order which was great!
