“I had a good stay at the Stouffville Days Inn until I checked my bank account and discovered an extra $100. charge added to the original room charge that I have a receipt for. I was definitely NOT made aware of this extra charge when I booked the room or when I was leaving. Be honest about the full charge so the client is not shocked and upset when they see what has come out of their bank account. I will not be using this hotel ever again!”

“Room was very clean”

“Location was perfect for our 3 night stay. Staff was nice and breakfast good. My only comment was our room was stinky and dirty. I ended up getting lysol wipes and cleaned surfaces carpet stains wiping couches. Bought air fresheners, i told cleaning girl she gave me spray to use i had to ask to get room vacuumed.”
