Had to change room at midnight due to issues with first, Following morning shower was broken in 2nd room. Included breakfast was leas than desirable and only compensation received was 10% discount.

The smoke detector was beeping like the battery was dying, they also asked for a massive deposit last minute without option to cancel booking and said they’ll be taking 7 business days to refund my own money when they pretty much ransomed it
