民宿位置佳，就直望龍龕碼頭，但如想直望日出就非要住最貴的房型，否則如果是沖著在房不出門看日出，恐怕要失望了。民宿附近不能停車，要走大概5分鐘路程。入口不明顯，跟大路就隔了一個花槽，根本不知入口在哪。老闆算熱心，給我們升級了，但早上還是要出洱海旁才能看到真正日出，差不多800/晚的房，坦白說，應該會有很多更好的選擇。。。另外客棧的清潔有待改善，在上客房樓梯的旁邊有一個洗手間，門經常打開，會傳出嗅味。客棧有送兩枝水，但跟即熱水煲一同放在一個簡陋的掛衣架的最㡳一層，垃圾桶就在旁邊。。誰會拿來飲？好在我最初以為没有水，預備去買時老闆告訴我水都放在房內了，又即時再給我兩枝，總之感覺這客棧性價比不高，再去大理也不會再考慮了
