“I was really happy how they let us check in early without paying a fee. That was very nice of them. What a nice lady at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like about my stay here was that the water in the shower didn’t get hot enough. Other than that it was pleasant. And it would be better if breakfast was free also, to many nice hotels offer continental breakfast. Get with the times.”

“We booked a one night staycation, just to get some time together as new parents & were very excited to have an entire suite at the iconic Virgin Hotel! The staff was great & very attentive! The room was beautiful as well & had such amazing character! Unfortunately after getting settled in, we noticed some very unfortunate messes/ stains throughout the room… makeup on the closet curtains, stains in the tub & on the floor drain.
