Great location near the airport for getting out of town after the eclipse! Free shuttle to airport and anywhere within 3 miles.

The room I was in smelled like mold and the shower leaked on the floor so much. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and you could also see mold within the silicon caulk around the shower and floors and molds behind the peeling paint. It is not worth the price they are charging in my opinion. A motel 6 is better and cheaper….

The hotel had a musty smell in the hallways and in the room. The window sill had rust stains that had not been cleaned who knows in how long. The bathroom room had scuffs and shower looked like it had not been cleaned due to dark stains on the shower basin. The mattress was uncomfortable you can almost feel the springs. Tge only good thing was tge lady working the breakfast buffet, she was so kind.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and common areas were nice. Easy location to get to. The room was clean except for the furniture. The couch & chair had stains. The window also had a huge puddle of water under it.

A great place to stay. We will return if we are ever flying into DFW again. The staff was so nice. And the free 24 hour shuttle within a 3 mile radius was a lifesaver to get to and fromnthe aorport as well as to gonoit to dinner. Lots of food options are also availabile right next door too. Comolimentsry breakfast was good too. Our onlynissue was that we had robswitch rooms due to the AC not working in two rooms.

First, right after I made a reservation, I called to the hotel with request for shuttle..A representative told me that bus will be there in a 20 minutes at the most..Honestly,I didn’t take that as a confirmation,since I know how does it work in DFW..It was very pleasant surprise when we see the bus in 15 minutes..The hotel’s front desk employee was very patient and very nice explaining to us were we should be..When we arrived to hotel the same gentleman in the most pleasant and professional way lead us through checking in process within a minute.. Because of him we definitely felt very welcomed..

Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Die Interstate welche direkt vor dem Hotel liegt ist stets laut zu hören. Bei lauten Nachbarn kann man jedes Wort mithören. Ansonsten war es halbwegs in Ordnung.

We visited for a getaway out of town for the weekend. The hotel was very easy to find and get to. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Check in was good but not fantastic. The room was clean with only minor issues. The property is starting to get to the point of a little fixing up but is still acceptable. Although I recommend the property, we will probably try to check out some others in the vicinity next time.

The hotel is fine. Customer service horrible, as well as shuttle service from airport. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle bus. After calling the hotel six times, Jack the receptionist’s response was “you have other transportation options like a taxi or Uber. Not fair. They advertise to have free shuttle transportation 24/7. Will never stay at this place again.
