Hotel was right off I-35 and easy access. Hotel was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the hot water was luke warm and would have been better if the temp was a little higher, but overall experience was great. I did not pay for the breakfast buffet.

Checking in the lady treated me like family and like I was a valued customer the shuttle driver Ray was one of the friendliest men ever met I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or family. If you are using Lovefield as your airport I can’t say how happy and satisfied I was with this Holiday Inn

The staff was friendly and the shuttle drivers were great. However, the room had a bright flood light from the pool area beaming in to a point even the curtains did not make the room dark. The room had a constant light coming through. There was nothing to make the room darker and more pleasant to sleep in. I have stayed near airports in New Jersey and in the heart of Manhattan and never had something so bright. The pillows were not comfortable and the bed a bit too firm. Further, Expedia mentioned a free breakfast, but when I arrived I was told there was a charge. Next time, I will stay elsewhere.

Airport shuttle so convenient. You do have to sign up for the shuttle back to the airport. Rooms were fantastic. Nicely decorated, clean, new. Staff was great. There was no free breakfast, but they did have a restaurant offering breakfast.
