"every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie! toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long! in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies! "

"The individual pool was good for private floating and the shared pool looked lovely though i didn't use the that one. As to the villa itself, it was a little tired with some repair jobs needed (like the downstairs bathroom doorframe). "Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, it was exceptionally clean and very modern, with all mod cons. Bed was very comfy and the shower was great, always hot water available. The balcony was a good size and a sun trap first thing in the morning, lovely winter sunshine 🌞 Pool area was lovely and good facilities. The owners were lovely and very helpful. I would stay here again. Would highly recommend 👌 "

"We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly from the beginning, and I appreciated that the man who checked me in went on to greet me by name the whole trip. The breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also loved the jungle-like plant setup on the walkways in between the hotel's buildings and pool, and we found our room to be clean and comfortable. Dalyan itself was a great vacation town as well. Would recommend!"

"The room I was given was not clean. The sheets were dirty and so was the bathroom. The toilet was not stable and the toilet chain was broken. The bathroom was really dirty and the shower doors kept coming off. There is a chicken coup in the hotel with a rooster. The rooster was so loud every night I did not get any sleep. I did not enjoy my stay as I was so tired from the lack of sleep and cleanliness. One night I forgot my room card and luckily my Turkish friend was able to call a number to get someone from reception to help as the area was locked and no one answered the door. The man at reception didn’t speak much English so he wouldn’t have been able to understand me. The wife of the owner was very friendly and polite. I did have to wait over 20 minutes for her to come to the hotel on my last day so I could make payment as no one else could operate the card machine. I don’t think the hotel was worth the price. It was too expensive and I wouldn’t stay here again. "
