“My room was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and inviting. The only thing I'd like addressed is the laundry area for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and the coin-op laundry has always been out of order.
