My few days stay I got a bad experience,elevator not working & no immediate action to fix it,I stay in 5th floor during my checking out then I carrying my heavy stuff from 5th floor to ground floor,one of the room boy staff show me but don’t know how to offer help to the guest.The concierge desk they said they call me but I never heard & received any call in the room & just over 45 mins then they charge another one day rate(A big wow,what a horrible experience😡)

Front desk personnel needs improvement
This place is good for travelers. If you are the type who is just looking for a place to sleep on a tight budget, I would highly recommend this place. I did not have a bad experience but I hope their front desk personnels will be welcoming and still have grace under pressure. Them being busy is understandable though, because they also accommodate 12-hour staying guests.

Travelers experience at D' Morvie Suites
The hotel is nice for travelers like us. It is not just affordable it is also clean and comfortable to sleep with. It also has good amenities such as WiFi and TV. Most importantly it is located nearby malls and market.

The place was a waste. Poor customer service at the lobby. AC cant even cover the entire room. Hallway is not safe since there is a leakage with each room’s AC. Not satisfied at all.

Price is cheap for the room rate. Stay clean! Just a bit noisy due to AC. The TV signal was not good at that time, maybe due to bad weather. For traveler with limited budget.

Ruined my day!
Their doorknob was loose, when I checked out, the housekeeper that will check the room said that it was lock and they don’t have their duplicate key, i was in a hurry to catch my flight to Manila but the lady from the reception told me to go up again and open the room since it’s locked, I didn’t lock it but she insisted and so I went up and it was even so easy when i opened it, not locked at all! Wasted my time! Well, I shouldn’t expect that much from that kind of room. They don’t even have a socket to charge your phone!

Work on online reservation coordination
It took a few minutes checking in. The inn is not aware of my reservation online. Lack of coordination between the hotel and online services. Also, it looks like the restroom was not cleaned. There was still urine drops on the floor.

It was a good stay but 1. Upon checked in the front desk is not so presentable and the receptionist didn't give the complete instructions. 2. It is not good that the costumer will bring the remote and soap to the room. They should put them inside the room ahead of time. 3. I asked "balde and kabo" when I arrived at my room but they didn't give any, I told to the housekeeping for the second time but he ignored me. They didn't give me those things until I checked out. 4. They don't have free tissue at the bathroom. I went to the reception and asked tissue but they said no free. There should be free tissue as a compliment because that is part of the hygene. 5. I found dead cockroach at the stairs. 6. The crews are very noisy in the middle of the night and early in the morning. They didn't even think that a lot of people are sleeping during those hours. 7. Upon checked out, I was so upset because the receptionist asked me where is the remote? I said it is there inside my room. She said that I need to bring it back to them at the reception. To think my room was at the 3rd floor and I went back there just to get the remote. Besides, they didn't tell me about it upon checking. Annoying!

For the price, it’s not bad. They should add more staff though, when you ask for something it either takes a very long time to arrive or never arrives at all. Check-in counter also usually has a long queue of customers to serve. Bedsheets were not very clean when I arrived, but they changed it when I requested for it. One good thing though, I think they gave me a free room upgrade coz i stayed for a few nights. Wifi was not very strong but sufficient for basic surfing, was better than my last stay.
