Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

The location is conveniently close to Winn Dixie grocery store, and just a few miles from shopping centers. it had extra complementary personal items as well as cooking items. I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile with customer service. Also it was a very quiet area. "
