“We booked the condo for 5 of us for a birthday slumber party and it worked out perfectly! Communication with the host was always fast and friendly (even with our stupid questions 😆) he even gave us some food recommendations without us asking for them. Very attentive and easy to work with!”

“Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests ”

“The property is way out of maintenance with very poor quality on everything from bedding, bathroom and kitchen. The accommodation is more like a motel. I would never stay in this place again. It a shame for Expedia to advertise this condo as a luxury, a very misleading and potential a fraud to lure the people to stay in this place. Very disappointed.”

“The location was excellent for my purpose. It is across the street from the beach but I was there for work. Unfortunately, the wifi in the building was not strong enough. The first night, I had to hot spot myself to get work done. I did reach out to both Expedia and the front desk. I was slightly stronger the second night, but not strong enough to get work done, so I just woke up early to go to the conference center to log-in. The unit itself is a private residence, so I totally understand why...

“We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. ”

“It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...
