This place is gross. I seriously considered sleeping in my car. The parking lot smells like urine. The room smelled like smoke and weed. Stains in the carpet, big prices of enamel coming off in the bathtub. The towels were yellowed and there are no lights to see the room numbers from the parking lot. I paid $150 dollars and slept on top on the covers because the bed sheets felt like waterproof plastic. Gross.

The room was extremely dirty. The towels were dirty, the tub was dirty and the microwave was dirty and did not work. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room and we had to purchase towels for the bathroom. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it was filled with a smoke smell.

I went back to my room at 10:30am only to find my door open and signs that someone was in my room before check out and items that I left in the room was stolen. This is not the first time I’ve stay at this location and housekeeping has gone in my room as early as 9am and cleaned my room and I requested a late check out for 12 noon yet all my things was discarded and the room was half cleaned. I think it is outrageous for anyone to enter a guest room without permission and before the check out time none the less and now I feel it unsafe and untrustworthy because now not only are you invading my privacy but they also steal and went through the draws and everything. Another thing I get there to check in for 3pm and there is never anyone at the front desk they would have you wait 30-45 mins just to check in but then want to be in your room bright and early before check out to check you out for the price you charge a night it ludicrous. And don’t get me started on the condition of some of the room about disgusting

It was very, very dirty: from previous guests used napkins and other staff behind nightstand, garbage and lots of dust under bed, kitchen area all greasy and oily. Moquette very dirty and dusty. Cockroaches in room. Microwave did not work (after one week of insisting they replaced it), no stopper in sink, huge gap in door where light (and probably also cockroaches) came in. Very low water pressure in shower, difficult to rinse soap and shampoo. To make it short, I was happy when my stay was over.

This is hands down the worst run down motel. I booked it for last minute trip to Davie. Check in took forever as computers were not working. Agent had to reboot credit card machine twice. Stairs to the room smelled like someone recently pee’d on them. Room itself had spider webs, mold in windows, no shampoo or conditioner, rusted stove, dirty floors. Middle of the night the room phone started ringing and when I picked it, no one was talking. Then around 2am folks downstairs started a fight which lasted half an hour. The whole night you can hear trucks backing in for deliveries as Costco is next door. There is no breakfast provided except tea/coffee which was horrible. STAY AWAY.

Price was far too high for the condition of the property. Room badly needs to be updated, tub was cracked and rusted, the shower head barely had enough flow, countertops in bath and kitchen were stained. Room stunk of bleach when I arrived. Not a chance I'll ever stay at this or any other Extended Stay America again. Oh, and the so called breakfast was a joke. Coffee and microwave oatmeal packets are NOT breakfast. Beyond disappointed that Expedia would book a lousy, overpriced hotel like this.

I travel quite a bit and utilize Extended Stay Americas all of the country. This place is a dump. There were roaches all over the place. The countertops had cigarette burns and didn’t look as if they’d been cleaned. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the rugs were filthy and stained. I checked out of the hotel at midnight on the first day of my stay and I’m seeking a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The whole experience was terrible waited 20 mins to check in cause nobody was in the office tried to take a shower after work 18 hours and the shower head was leaking all over the place and the towel was dirty and had blood on it the phone didn't work to call the office walked to the office and nobody was in their again asked for refund and was refused a refund they didn't have another room available to change me to then they gave me someone else's room to stay in and that wasn't really clean either but had no choice because I didn't have the money to go somewhere else without getting a refund the whole place smelled like alcohol and weed and people hanging out all night very dissatisfied with the whole experience wish i would have been refunded i will never stay at another extended stay again

I wish I could post photos and videos here. Not providing any shampoo or conditioner was the least part of my worries. The shower head was leaking so badly that I could not take a shower because the water would splash out toward the backboard of the shower booth. The TV was broken, showing in blue. The refrigerator was too loud, I had to pull out the plug in the middle of the night. The long-haul truck parked outside had a generator running all night, which I could hear all night. Behind the TV stand, too many dead cockroaches. The staff was kind and nice though. Unless you are absolutely broke, I would not recommend this place. At least, I'm not coming back.

Not as advertised at all. This place looks like it has not been updated since 1970. One building has an elevator and 2 others DO NOT. Would have been nice if they told us at front desk before we hauled our 5 bags upstairs !! Senior Citizens need to know this and they should have offered help.

I did not like this hotel at all. I had to change rooms 3 times until I could find somewhat decent accommodations and even then I was just too tired to keep changing rooms. We just wanted to spend a night in a decent, and clean place and it seemed like a reasonable option, considering the above $250/night price tag. This property shouldn't be offered to customers in its current condition. Must be overhauled and renovated ASAP!!! There's a single person on the property, acting as the receptionist/front desk and cleaning personnel. Gross washrooms, with falling-off cabinet doors. Leaky toilet and not sufficient water supply to make 2 flushes within 2 minutes. Carpets are beyond cleaning and need to be replaced, as they smell of mould and I wouldn't be surprised if there are living organisms in and beneath them. There's NO breakfast!!! Forget about what it says on the website. If you're lucky, you'll maybe get a coffee and oatmeal pouch, or a muffin, IF you're fast enough to get it in the morning. Definitely WON'T come back to that chain

I arrived late to check in and had difficulty finding the front office. I drove around the property/buildings and realized I drove right past the front office because it was not visually obvious (i.e., internal lights were not on, nor was the office labeled). Given my late check-in time, it was understandable the front office had to be unlocked. The employee was helpful. The property itself was underwhelming. BED: The bed's clean linens came with (n = 3) pillows. Although I booked a king-size bed, I was not provided a room with a king-size bed. I have slept in more comfortable beds. KITCHEN: The fridge had superficial rust on its exterior. The stovetop was not clean. I had to wipe off the chairs in the dining room because of previous spills that were not addressed. The kitchen floor had spots. BATHROOM: The bathtub's seal (e.g., caulking) was peeling away. The bathtub and shower were not cleaned/wiped down because hair was riddled throughout the shower. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Visitors were knocking on adjacent doors after 1 am.

When I arrived, which is not the fault of the staff, their system were down, and when they finally got a line, my key was given to me and half cut envelope with handwritten instructions with the room number, and for the Wi-Fi. When I open the door after parking my car next to it, what it looks like here burn car, completely destroyed in the front, I entered, and the rug was not only old, but it was clearly stained and full of dirt. When I tried to use the bathroom, which was shipped, all, not functional, after facing by our broken stove with two rusted burners, the faucet broke when I tried to use the thing to wash my hands. The road has a moldy smell, but I was too tired to complain to the staff because I just needed to sleep. Worst experience ever.

The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff, they were all excellent but Alicia went above and beyond to be helpful. She was the only reason I din’t try to cancel. As an extended stay, I was expecting to have a working stovetop,however only one of our burners worked and the small one was a joke.The microwave in our room was burned on the door and inside making it very gross to use. We were not very pleased with the police presence every day or two. And listening to the next room talking was bad enough but the snoring was ridiculous. Not very soundproof.
