โWe were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. โ
โThey welcomed me with a warm cookie on check in, that was great! Room was clean and comfortable. I'm a pillow snob, but they had a variety of pillows to choose from, I was very happy about this. There are several dining options across the street, that was easy. My only point for improvement would be to turn up the temp of the hot tub, it was lukewarm... Overall good stay.โ
โWe stayed for three nights, but housekeeping was only provided once, and the front desk staff did not greet guests as they passed by, which was disappointing.โ

โThe room is clean and set up in a convenient manner with regards to the room layout. The breakfast offered was lovely with both hot and cold options. Staff was welcoming. Highly recommend staying. Location is great, adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall.โ
