"Our room was not cleaned one day. We were not thrilled at having an oceanfront room at a cost of $2,300 for the week and our balcony overlooked the parking lot. What really turned me off was a cost for, what I was told was a deposit was charged to our debit card. We were told when checking out it would be returned to our account within 24 hrs. That didn’t happen. I called the front desk a week later & was told it was being released immediately and will show in our account within 2 days. That also did not happen. I called yesterday & was told it can take from 7-10 days to be returned. A different answer every time I called. I just have to think how many people don’t even realize there was a charge for a “deposit” or don’t pursue the refund. I don’t think the price of the room was worth it and don’t think we will be returning. "
