Booking process was really good exchanging messages. Once we got there, checking in was smooth and helpful but then reality hit. Rooms do not look like the pictures, no tea coffee facilities in the rooms apart from restaurant meal times. Water was charged for in the restaurant even when out stay included breakfast and dinner. Had 2 rooms, both bathrooms looked terrible and in need of an overhaul.

The staff was not professional at all. We booked two nights in a superior room and got a standard room instead. I had pleasant stay at this hotel last year and many years ago. The hotel was pretty good. But during our 2022 summer stay we found the hotel degraded and the reception staff not helpful at all. They didn't did their job as expected

Excellent staff!! Very friendly environment. I felt safe the whole time either by myself or with my husband and kid. The restaurant manager is of a kindness of its own kind. The concierge personnel as well as the hotel manager were always there to greet me. The only negative comment I have is related to towels. It appears that they do not launder them onsite and therefore it takes them forever to get sufficient towels to the room… otherwise, the breakfast is very good and there’s always plenty of food. The swimming pool is soooo good! Also, be aware that the parking pertaining to the hotel is very limited. There’s a nearby parking but that is paid. So, this could be an issue

Les chambres de l’hôtel, notamment la salle de bains mériterait un bon coup de rénovation (rouille dans le bain, peinture écaillée, porte qui se ferme mal). Il faut réclamer pour avoir des serviettes de bain (dans un hôtel 4* ????). Le petit déjeuner est correcte. Mais au final, hôtel un peu cher pour le standing et l'état de la salle de bains.

Das Essen im Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, dafür werde ich nicht mehr als ein Euro bezahlen, das Essen, Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr schrecklich. Beim Frühstück gab es kaum Auswahlmöglichkeit sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder, das Essen hat gar nicht geschmeckt und jeden Tag haben wir nur Durchfall gehabt. Abendessen gab es kein Buffet, der Hotel hat uns gezwungen, ein Menü zu essen wie im Gefängnis. Es war sehr schrecklich besonders für Kinder, die nichts bekommen haben. Meine Beschwerde geht nun an das Hotels.com, die mir die Kosten des Essens und die entstanden Schmerzen erstatten müssen Nie wieder zu diesem Hotel

Just returned after staying at Odyssee Park Hotel, F (38) M (47) and C (2) and we would definitely recommend it. Great location, great price, rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Outside areas (pool / gardens / kids play area) are clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurants and beach only a few minutes walk away

Hotel has good facilities. Iron, safe, fridge etc. The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and respectful. The beach is walking distance. Parking is available free outside the hotel and across the road. Breakfast did not have a larger variety as before possibly due to covid but did have the chef who makes fresh omelettes etc. Been to this hotel a few times now without issue. Cleanliness is good. The cleaners do a fantastic job.

It’s an ok hotel but not worth the money!

Good place and it’s close to the beach. But the standard on the hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The rooms needs an update, the AC was weak and the hairdryer was not working. I did complain about those problems to the staff and they said that they Will look on the problem. And when i was back from the beach, the staff did say that they did fix the problems. But it was still the same. Too bad, the hotel has potential but doesn’t live up to those expectations. Not worth the money if you ask me. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice. Recommend 3 out of 5

Very good location, hotel is in decent condition and room sizes are good, facilities are good.. kids and adults swimming pools and also a small play area for kids. Bathroom was disappointing - outdated. Breakfast was also disappointing.. extremely limited choice.. I only stayed for one night and would definitely not rely on the hotel breakfast if was to stay any longer..

Nice, stunning view & garden, and comfortable.

We loved it. The room was not entirely like the pictures. The standard was a little more worn out, but the comfort made up for it. Sizable room and bathroom. Toiletries were nice. Cleanliness could be a tad better, but it was fine. The view (we chose ocean-view) was just amazing. We watched the sunrise from our balcony and woke up to seagulls and the smell of ocean.. just amazing. And the garden… it’s just WOW! The bed was super comfy too. I wish the tv had smart functions for streaming as the channel selection was a bit poor, but we just watched on our laptop.

Chambre dans un mauvaise état, évier bouché, rideau de douche cassé, lampe au dessus du lit qui pendait et bidet mal fixé. La piscine était dans un état pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Cependant le personnel était serviables.
