"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. The Haven has a restaurant that appears to be only used for the breakfast buffet which was very good with plenty of options. We would definitely consider staying at the Haven on our next visit to Rotterdam. We visited the DO restaurant in the adjoining Hilton Doubletree as it was convenient to do so. The first night we were advised to pick our own table and someone would be with us shortly. We sat at our table for the next 20 - 25 minutes and no one ever did come by to see us. As such, we left. We decided to try the DO on the second night with the service being much better. The food was reasonably good but on the expensive side. The menu is somewhat limited."

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

"This was an adorable boutique hotel within 5 mins drive to the cruise port and within walking distance to the heart of Rotterdam. Our particular room was the “romantic suite” and was enormous with a bathroom area as big as the room itself! Tastefully decorated and welcoming! The lobby sitting area was cozy and had coffee, etc as well as a small bar and light snacks. They serve breakfast in their quaint kitchen and it was delicious as well as very convenient before we embarked on our cruise. I would absolutely stay here again!"
