Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Room and service is outstanding of this hotel. Only the guests are extremely loud until 03.00am in the morning whether in the surrounded room or outside in front of the windows, that its difficult to get asleep. Furthermore, cigarett smokes comes throught the air conditioning. As the AC also heats in the winter you cannot simply switch off. "
