Way too many fees! You pay resort fees and still need to pay $35 per person to use the pools. Not family friendly.

First time staying at The Conrad. We usually stay at The Fontainebleau or The Venitican but decided to try this one. It was a great hotel - my only concern is there was a makeup brush under the table in the main room - means to me they didn’t actually clean or vacuum this area. And in the bathroom there was splatter on the wall by the toilet trash and mold forming in the shower I. The tile and on the seal of the door- both are nasty but again comes back to not thoroughly cleaning these areas and skipping corners. I called for our luggage and pillows and got the automated person who was repeating things and not getting it right - it did work as I received both things but needs domestically attention to fix the glitch.

Hotel is a very central location on the strip. The hotel has 4000 rooms so if you have mobility issues it might be a lot. I said I had a disability checking in and my room was still super far from the elevator. Vip food credit I received for being gold member was not allowed for room service was was not told to me and link for rules was broken. the hotel did end up giving it to me but had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get sorted which wasn't ideal. Staff were all freindly.
