"Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really"

"Ants everywhere in the balcony. They came to our bathroom. We called housekeeping to cleaned them up. She brought the ant killer spray. Our room got very smelly with poison. She offered to love is to new room but we had one more night after we had stayed 4 nights there. So we asked and refresh our room and stayed there. Dloor seemed never moped. The sink smell like sewage. Lastly we didn't have hot water one night .... The staffs are very friendly and nice. We liked the location. We walked to...

"It was a nice hotel just to sleep in. The breakfast wasn’t that great and our room had some cockroaches. But other than that it was a good hotel for the price"

"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at."
