“I booked an accessible room and received an email back saying I’d have an accessible room. I didn’t get one. The room we were given had a broken ceiling fan and our tv went out. We asked for an accessible room the next day and again the room they gave us was not accessible, had a broken ceiling fan and the toilet started flooding. The bed was extremely high off the ground and I couldn’t get in and off the bed without my husband lifting me and this was a hazard for me needing an accessible room....

“Teri was a great help at check in. It was a hot July stay and the a/c was sufficient, the pool was refreshing. Too hot to use the hot tub, but we will when we come back when there is cooler weather. The community kitchen wash nice and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated! Great communication.”
