Top Deer Isle-Stonington Historical Society Hotel Reviews
Rockland Harbor Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent value for this stunning property. The hotel was centrally located in downtown Rockland, across from the ferry terminal. Facilities were very clean, the king-bed room with a deck was extremely spacious. The included breakfast was amply varied , both hot & cold and healthy options. The hotel was located near excellent dining options, all within walking distance. We were guests the week prior to Christmas and the decor was beautiful and tasteful. It snowed during our stay.. the hotel was quick to have the parking lot plowed and all entrances shoveled. Overall, the Rockland Harbor Hotel exceeded our expectations!"
"Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm.
No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves."
"While the property itself is absolutely beautiful, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. The people here are simply amazing, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The service truly elevated the experience beyond just a nice location."
