We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia.

Nice place to stay. Close to Dlf cyber city, just 7 mins walk. Well maintained room, neat and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Alert: room booked was not the same type as shown on Expedia website photos. Call and check. Otherwise, OK. Recommended.
