4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
Rebooked my hotel reservation to another OPO hotel, without notice, at a less desirable location (cheaper room rate), didn't provide the promised airport shuttle. Never responded to any my support WhatsApp messages requesting assistance, unreliable! Paid ₹2600 plus, rebooked a hotel at ₹1700, airport shuttle costs me another ₹370.
