Hallways are covered with stained carpet and smelling bad. Property is in a bad shape. Food is overpriced and customer service is not good! Stayed here several times but never this bad!

Everything was excellent, even I was allowed to checking 2 hrs before scheduled time and checkout additional hr. Restaurant food was very good with great ambiance!

Good hotel with all facilities
Hotel is moderately good, all basic to advance facilities are there, rooms and big enough and food is good. Rooms services are on time and all the transactions were very smooth. One can opt for if looking for 4 star kind of property.

Excellent business hotel with great service
Very good hotel with service that is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and professional and properly 4 star. Service and food are again exceptional and attention to detail in most aspects of this hotel. The surrounding shops you can buy you water etc and ubers are easy plus the hotel has thier own car service. Very pleased and plan to stay again.

Windowless room
I was extremely disappointed when I saw the room with a window blocked from outside. Though there was a window it was like a windowless room with no light or view to the outside. I have stayed here several times in the last 5 years but have never slept in this type of a room. Well, I always use Expedia to book my stay here but not sure if they have a way to track repeated guests and reward customer loyalty. Now I will think twice before making a reservation here.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wir haben innerhalb 14 tagen, 2 mal in dem Hotel eingecheckt und das jeweils für je 3 Tage. Die Airport Abholung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Je doch wäre man wahrscheinlich per Taxi vom Flughafen günstiger weggekommen wir haben satte 2500 Rupien dafür bezahlt. Das Personal war sehr zu vorkommend und hilfsbereit. Beim 2ten mal einchecken jedoch haben wir leider ein Zimmer bekommen wo eine Sachen wie zb. Stuhl und Klobrille defekt waren. Die Schäden wurden leider nur nach mehrmaligem auffordern repariert. Im groß und ganzen ist das Hotel weiter zu empfehlen es bietet ein großen internationales Frühstück und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für diesen Preis und für kurze Aufenthalte optimal.

Hotel not meant to be 4 star
I would give only 2 stars to this hotel. Staff is very rude & totally commercial & money minded. Services extremely poor & pathetic.....

Nice Location - Ok Service
There are no iron boxes in the room and they rotate with few iron boards and boxes. Dinning in restaurant was ok but their service is not consistent. Some staff there are very friendly, some have absolutely no clue on how to care. Some days they realized later, they have to bill me, even after I went their and asked for the check. Some days they did no provide Shower Gel, only 2 packs of Shampoo. Their internet service will not work with Android Phones.

Convenient hotel to my office
Got upgraded to a nicer room.Lots of staff around but somewhat inefficient and also slow. Keep asking same questions, ask for same information again, check out and check in is slow, need to be pre - prepared. Hotel itself is nice. This is my 4th or 5th time here ..by now one would assume you could have a system that recognizes this. overall its a convenient hotel for me since my office is close by. Wouldn't stay there if i was a visiting tourist.

It was a pleasant surprise
My review of the hotel is based on the interaction with one manager named Rani. She went beyond the call of duty, even helping me secure socks (which I forgot) for my big meeting. Her presence commanded respect and she was courteous and professional at all times. I will return to the hotel as long as she is employed with the organization.

Faulty air conditioning

Check-in was very unpleasant. I was checked into a used room first and then moved around a couple of more rooms before getting an unused room. Didn't get hot water in the shower and the staff ignored the complaint. Towels didn't look fresh. Stayed here several times in the last 3 years but never had this bad an experience.

Business hotel near my office
Have stayed here before but this time the experience was not as good. Check in was quick. Unfortnately room was on 1st floor and opened onto airconditioning units so somewhat noisy but bearable.Not sure why a person needs to accompany you to the room if you have roll on and a briefcase. Wifi was fine the first day. Did not work the second day when i came back late ..calls to front desk and the "IT" person unavailable till 9 30 am next day !! Decent breakfast buffet but the supervisor kept telling the staff to not refill things. Check out was really bad. The "foreign credit card machine" did not work. Luckily i had some rupees so i could leave to catch my flight. The one person at front desk was like a deer in headlights and another guy next to him was just standing around. So this experience was not good but the hotel is ok if you have business nearby. The gym is ok for a quick workout.

Quality Business Hotel in Noida
Good stay. Attractive, professionally furnished hotel. Not a top of the line hotel but worth the room rate. Internet performance was reliable but they had a policy of only two devices per room and we had four devices (two laptops and two iPhones) so disconnecting devices and reconnecting them was difficult and that was the biggest disappointment of our stay. Breakfast (included) in the restaurant was quality Indian food. Overall this is a quality hotel in Noida.

Four Star? No Way
First off, due to my job, I have had to stay at a lot of different hotels around the world. Hotels are not rated on just the size of the room or how clean it is. It should be a complete package including helpful staff, good location, good food etc. While the room was pretty good, the location was the most terrible one I have ever been to. Furthermore, the staff was either downright rude, or too "mechanical". The entire place seemed like a creepy zombie house as soon as I walked in. If you are going to spend 7000 per night at this hotel, might as well spend 8-9k and stay at a Marriott or Crown Plaza.

Very good hotel if you have in Mindspace
I have an ongoing assignment so for me staying nearby is important. This is the only hotel in walkable distance. I liked cleaness, food and staff support.

Stay in Noida
Food and service were great but the location of it, really isn't close to anything in Noida unless you're there for business. It's a nice hotel with great amenities but being right off a main road, it wasn't quiet.

Noisy hallways
I stayed in this hotel in Noida due to its convenient location for meetings in the area. However, the staff was not very well trained. I needed an extra room key and initially the staff said I couldn't have one. Eventually, I spoke to the manager who gave me one. The walls are paper thin and I could hear all of the commotion in the hallway which meant I didn't get much of a good sleep. In addition, it appeared they were doing repairs at 5:30 AM in the morning (note to manager on duty: not smart). I think it's a fair place to stay for a budget business hotel but they are charging a high price for what you get.
