Everything worked in order as expected. This is a very clean facility. Has some shopping mall in the same complex so outside the building you will have more people than only the occupants of the hotel.

I had requested an upgrade for my room which the hotel provided but unfortunately it felt like a serious downgrade. I have stayed at the hotel previous to this stay and my previous room was newer and cleaner. My “upgraded” room for this stay was extremely weathered looking and the bed was not comfortable at all. The concierge staff are lovely to deal with. I think a little more training for the front desk / check-in staff would be helpful.

Everything was really good. Specially kitchen food that you can include in your booking / It was awesome. But only thing I want to recommend that rooms should update. Charming plugs should be for both national and international use. In my room charging points are not working and we were unable to use international charging points.... Overall experience was good. Staff is really nice

Hotel was great. Very clean and quiet. Hotel staff was great BUT staff at the Spring Restaurant were terrible. We got seated, waited and waited. Asked for a menu, brought us one and left again. We waited again and eventually left. We had coffee and pastries at the Atrium (which was great)

Staffs were rude, specially front desk and check-in staff, very unfriendly and impolite other than trainees, not expected such high ranked and expensive hotel, restaurant was awesome, rooms were quite dirty, especially carpet flooring and mosquitoes inside room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

It’s clean, staff is helpful and it’s close to the shops and restaurants. Bit far from the airport but that’s not an issue if flying early morning then there is not much traffic on the road to get to the airport.

It’s an old property, carpet in hallway is super old and have a smell, rooms also have little smell which is usually common with old properties. Rooms were clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, service is great. Breakfast and in room dinning is also good. Property is safe as they scan everything that goes in hotel.

I stay at Radisson hotels all over the world. All are excellent, but this hotel is superb. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize superb customer service from the following employees, Harish the concierge who first and foremost was the best, Mohan, who I think is concierge also, Aziz the driver, Vishal in the Spring restaurant, also Narayan, Ardash, Bhavnik, also Pampush the chef in the Spring restaurant, and Priyanka at the front desk. All of them did an exemplary job.

The room key card was an issue . I had to go down twice ....the carpets in lobbies had a moldy odor. The dinner buffet was truly well presented - good spread n tasty well presented. The inroom breakfast ordered was promptly delivered but beverage ☕️ delivered was warm - maybe a flask to deliver ???

I noticed the price gauging for hotel rooms; I was asking for 1 day extension and the room was available as we were allowed to extend our stay however at exceptionally high price. You can’t get hold of the manager managing the bookings. Felt exploited by pricing manipulation. Otherwise it’s a great property at a very good location.
