Dear Guest, We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the renovation activity that was going on at the time of your check-in. We have already changed all the switches to multi-country switches in all our rooms. In our voucher breakfast was not included there was a problem with Expedia which was sorted out. The front office staff was told by Expedia to include Breakfast (Price will be covered by Expedia) and we offered same to you. Our Deluxe rooms are fitted with window AC which create some sound but our Premium Rooms are fitted with silent AC(Split AC) and are more spacious. We recommend you to try our Premium Room Category.
