Decent hotel. Good room quality. Adressed issus quickly. Decent wifi. Needed more time to check-in than i lm used to. Breakfast buffet was a zoo. The guest ettitquette for a 5 star establisment was laughable. Some guy touched a bread with his bare hands and then decided not to take it and left it there for others. Even though tongs were present. Others were cutting in front of me or invading personal space like they hadnt eaten for days and they were starving.

The property is located at a great spot. It's quite close to Delhi and there is ample greenery nearby. The rooms are big and spacious and the view is great. There is also a complimentary Pottery class they provide and the swimming pool also has a great view. But they don't have sound proof walls, and don't allow you to bring in Personal speakers. Also they prohibit outside food/drinks, we were stopped at the gate and it took a bit of convincing to let them allow us. This is the first time i saw such a thing at a supposedly 5 star hotel. I have only seen such policies at cheap hotels.

Excellent property with great staff. We were upgraded to a very nice room which made the stay so much more pleasant. Staff members were excellent, polite and genuinely willing to to help and make the stay memorable. If you are visiting the Surajkund International Crafts Mela, this is the best place to do it as you can walk to the fair.

This is the nicest hotel for the price-range in all of Delhi. A huge pool with views, access to the spa and excellent restaurant. Immaculately clean and beautiful lobbies and gardens, this is the perfect hotel to escape the crazy business of the city. It's a little bit further out, but still only £5 in an uber to the centre (25-30 mins) and £8 to the airport. This also makes it a very peaceful and tranquil haven. Recommend without hesitation.

We went from US to India for a week. I booked this place as it had good reviews. This is one of the best places in Surajkund but not the best. Place was okay but staff was very courteous about anything we needed. Breakfast was very good. This is a four star hotel. It’s not Taj it’s Vivanta by Taj😊. They had us a room on smoking floor and we had 2 kids. Floors in our room were sticky as the building was pretty old. Some areas were renovated and new like the lobby and some very old. Our safe got locked and SURMESH the guy who addressed every situation was awesome. He was always there with a smile on his face. He was so humble and respectful. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a comfortable experience. Overall a good time.

Excellent property if you want to stay near Faridabad. The staff and service was beyond awesome. The hotel is very well designed with Indian touches and very practical. We stayed in 3 separate rooms during our stay. First room was a King bed room which was perfect for 2 occupants. We switched to a two bed room. The beds were extremely small. We switched back to a different king bed room on a different room and the room seemed to be under construction. The bathroom was unfinished/poorly finihsed. The bathtub was broken and had to be fixed while we waited. Overall the rooms are large and well designed and quiet. The morning breakfast was incredible!! I had a sprained ankle during the stay and the staff generously offered me help and aid to ease the pain. Overall the experience was great due to the staff, service, common amenities (play room, gym, pool, restaurant, spa) breakfast and room size.

Room was okay but the hotel is very dull, and our weekend was spoiled because hotel hosted a wedding right in the middle which was very disturbing for almost all rooms
