“The hotel provides coffee and hot water which is very important for us especially in such rainy and cold day. Because of this, we felt the hotel lobby is a warm place to go to. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is also very comfortable to stay in and provides good heat both in the room and in the bathroom. We find the hotel a very comfortable and good place. ”

The biggest frustration we experienced is the ill-organized and often late shuttle service. Other than that, it is worth a visit. ”
