This hotel is average . I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband . We noticed a lot of refurbishments work being carried out in the hotel during our stay. This hotel has all the facilities including a fully equipped gym and spa. The main reception area , main pool and our room were stunning and excellent. However, a fair amount of repair and refurbishments are required in other areas . We especially loved the thermal pool, ( the local area is known for natural hot springs ) however, this needs regular maintenance as it was unusable on one of the days, which was sadly very disappointing. My husband and I really enjoyed the spa treatments we received, the Balinese masseurs were very professional and polite. The spa manager provided us with very hospitable and friendly service. We enjoyed half board at Lycus River and the food was varied and delicious .Overall, the staff here at the hotel are extremely hard working and polite. In my opinion they are very customer focused . I am confident, with the necessary refurbishments and pristine maintenance, Lycus River could easily be an excellent 5 star hotel.

Çalışanların ilgisi ve deneyimi çok iyiydi. Ancak otelin geneli 2000 li yılların beş yıldızlı halinde kalmış durumda. Her şey eski ama tertemiz beş yıldız havuz miktarından dolayı verilmiş diye düşünüyorum genel alanlar oldukça temizdi ancak restaurant, yataklar, nevresimler, havlular eski ama temizdi. Çalışanların özeninden olsa gerek. Otel büyük bir alana kurulmuş, termal havuzu açık kapalı. Güzel kullanışlıydı. Açık havuzu güzel. Aşağıda sıpa merkezindeki kapalı havuzlar da iyiydi. Yemek Çeşidi çok yoktu ancak doyurucuydu her şey .

Odalar temiz,çalışanlar güleryüzlü,akşam ateş yanında piyano çok keyifliydi. Resepsiyon çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyorum,havuza yakın oda verdiler,çok rahat ettik.Oda çok sıcakdı. Sabah kahvaltısı poğaça,börek çeşitleri çok fazlaydı. Pamukkalede başka bir yerde kalmam.Tavsiye ediyorum.
