My husband and I payed a lot of money for what we thought was a quality clean hotel. My husband found an open tea bottle by the nightstand which was not ours. Our family stayed at a less expensive Hotel not in downtown and they had cleaner spacious rooms. We were highly disappointed when we walked into our rooms and the AC was not working. The only solution offered by staff was a portable box fan. There were guests checking out early because of the AC issue. The guests expressed their disappointment as well. Our family has stayed here before and had no issues. For the amount of money that we paid, we should have had an enjoyable comfortable stay.

The a/c didn't work and the room was sweltering. You could hear neighbors all night. There was no power outlet on one side of the bed. All the doors slammed shut very loudly. You had to go two flights up for an ice machine and there was no refrigerator. On the good side, the elevators were fast and security was good.

It took about 20-30 minutes to check in as there was only 1 person behind the desk. Lobby only had one working elevator, the restroom in the lobby was not working, we had no air conditioning or remote in room we were told someone would be right up to take care of these matters and never showed. I will never use Expedia to book a stay again horrible experience
