The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. When we arrived, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and there were crumbs and debris under the desk that made it clear the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before check-in. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the hotel was just average overall. The room amenities also felt outdated, with only an older coffee maker and refrigerator provided, and no microwave in the room. While the staff made a positive impression, the housekeeping standards definitely need improvement.

Ghettoest Hilton ive ever stayed at, we had to be moved twice due to dirty rooms (poop in toilet, pubes in bed).Finally manager was kind enough to put us in the master suite at no extra charge. It was very deceiving from pictures. Staff was amazing but place is very run down and house keeping has no idea how to clean rooms. Severe plumbing issue as every room smelt like sewage. Staff was great place is run down and ghetto.
