Front fesk person at check in was rude. She made us sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before she decided, she would check us in. Then only checked in one of my rooms instead of both of my rooms.The room was okay but not clean. The floor was dirty, hadn't been mopped, so there was mud and dirty all over the floor as you walk in and throughout the room. Bathroom had black mold on the ceil and unclean. Black smudges on the counter, black smudges on the wall and nail clippings on the floor. I did not complain to the front desk because it was very clear at chicken. She really did not give a c*** about us, How we felt about our stay or really didn't even care that we were there. You could tell that our presence was a serious inconvenience for her. The next day I called the front desk to get a couple more towels. The same front desk person was working and she told me I had to come to the front desk to get them, that was not a problem. I walked down there and then when I got there She said oh no, you have to go to housekeeping around the corner. I had already walked past housekeeping now I have to go back and talk to them. Why couldn't she have just told me that over the phone? The breakfast nook had minimal food and was dirty, food, and some sort of beverage spilled all over the floor halfway cleaned up. Not the best property we have stayed at. Not sure I will return to this property.
