It was a clean hotel room and that’s what really counts for me (5stars). During busy hours you can hear people, but at night time, quiet and peaceful. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful.Great place to stay. No complaints.

Positive: wonderful middle-easternwest-asian hospitality. Everyone I encountered represented the Quality Inn brand well. The shower water was hot and the sheets seemed clean. Negatives: the immediate surroundings are sketchy. There's an encampment in the adjoining parking lot. The general property condition is poor. It's not Arabian Gulf state guest worker bad but if you're looking for ambiance, this ain't it. Also, the bathroom vanity had some sort of spooge on it and there was black mold around the tub.

A main reason I picked this hotel was location and the fact it had a pool for my son. The pool was closed for maintenance. On top of that the room was gross, the walls were disgusting, the ceiling had a mystery red stain (looked like blood), I could go on but you get the idea. The cleaners even have the audacity to have an envelope for tips… Eating area is so small and inconvenient for multiple families to grab food and enjoy. There’s so many more hotels in the area, stay at one of those.

It appears they updated mattress and furniture however the old mattresses and furniture were all behind the hotel. Kind of a eye sore. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. There were small holes in the walls that needed fixed and it needed a paint job. It looks as if they are remodeling though. Over all though it served our needs for the night. They do offer breakfast in the morning which is nice. The staff was nice.

The site says 150 .00 incidental deposit when you go to check in they tell you its 200.00 cash only incidnetal deposit. The hotel beds and sheets smell horrible. The heater did not even heat the room so we were cold all night. They started cleaning the room before we had our stuff out of the room we were not even checked out yet. The breakfast is mainly cereal with milk that tasted bad. Inwould not reccomend this place to anyone.

1. Long waiting time for staff to show up at the front desk and to check us in. 2. Lying about the elevator. saying the elevator was out of order, and we had to bring up our luggage using the stairs. We happened to see a person using the elevator and realized we were cheated and fooled. 3. The building has very strong scents. This smell made me very sick. 4. Window curtains have brown and large stains. Face towels have been worn very thin and pulled threads on the towels. 5. Another guest complained bed bugs 6. Breakfast is very limited.

Unique to the hotel is the swimming pool and hot tub. However, the service from the women at the front desk was very poor on the first day I checked in, but the next day another lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me booked a room for the next two days. On the third day, it was the bad front desk again. I told her my room need to clean and I told the waiter as well. But it wasn't cleaned when I came back. The waiter said the front desk didn't tell her. I had to ask again and had to wait a long time for it to be cleaned.

Front desk rude
Front fesk person at check in was rude. She made us sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before she decided, she would check us in. Then only checked in one of my rooms instead of both of my rooms.The room was okay but not clean. The floor was dirty, hadn't been mopped, so there was mud and dirty all over the floor as you walk in and throughout the room. Bathroom had black mold on the ceil and unclean. Black smudges on the counter, black smudges on the wall and nail clippings on the floor. I did not complain to the front desk because it was very clear at chicken. She really did not give a c*** about us, How we felt about our stay or really didn't even care that we were there. You could tell that our presence was a serious inconvenience for her. The next day I called the front desk to get a couple more towels. The same front desk person was working and she told me I had to come to the front desk to get them, that was not a problem. I walked down there and then when I got there She said oh no, you have to go to housekeeping around the corner. I had already walked past housekeeping now I have to go back and talk to them. Why couldn't she have just told me that over the phone? The breakfast nook had minimal food and was dirty, food, and some sort of beverage spilled all over the floor halfway cleaned up. Not the best property we have stayed at. Not sure I will return to this property.

No water in the shower/tub
Hotel is run down and not very clean. Main issue was when we tried to use the shower, the water would not turn off. Called the front desk, and he disconnected the water without telling us so we could not use the shower or tub the remainder of our stay Not impressed - my advise: spend the extra $20 and go to the hotel next door.

There was hair on the floor and in the tub, as well as the tub paint was chipping very bad!! The room smelled terrible for it being a non-smoking room.

Just ok
This place was ok, but left a lot to be desired. The hairdryer didn’t work, the shower curtain had burn holes in it, the pillows were very small, and the breakfast was extremely minimal.

Car Broken In
My car was broken into in the parking lot. There were lots of people loitering in the parking lot and grounds during the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. The common areas were a little run down.
