The decor was a classy New Orleans style, very clean, safe neighborhood, and had many options for dining that were walkable. “I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. ”

“This was a modern apartment, with all amenities included. The washer/dryer was very helpful! A group of us stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center for a week. It was only a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the convention center. If we wanted to visit the French quarter, we could take the Charles Ave trolley, which was one block away. “Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. ”
