"i was upgraded to better room with amazing views and i really enjoyed it! it was an unexpected surprise! staff was amazing. housekeeping left my room impeccable every time. everyone very friendly. the staff even knew my coffee order and served it as soon as i came in for breakfast. after having breakfast at hotel on my last day, the cook and staff came to say farewell, and felt very grateful for that. they made my stay wonderful and went above and beyond for me. definitely 5 star experience....
