“We enjoy Excellent service”

“Lovely adults only hotel in a good location. Food great with lots of choices- my own preference would be to use main restaurant, the speciality Japanese wasn’t quite that special. We only went for 4nights but would definitely use again”

“Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!”

“We had wonderful time at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and let us feel welcomed. The food was outstanding, one of the best buffet we ever had. The pools are big and spacious, wonderful water slides for the kids. Beachfront and so much activities for the whole family. ”

“We booked a sea view room for two night, we checked in late we got the first night a parking view with partial sea view , after complaining the staff promised to change the room for the second night. After several follow-up we were moved to an upper level room, still with partial see view not as mentioned in the site pictures”

“The hotel is super nice, the sea view rooms are so worth to stay in. Breakfast is international with many options to choose from. The beach and swimming pool is well maintained and the furniture is really new and clean. Rooms are well furnished, the only need to put more effort to clean walkways between rooms and to pay more attention to the small details. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend the hotel and will visit again for sure. ”

“Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. ”
